• >Use automated tools to access the Service
• >Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• >Resell scripts or content obtained from ScriptBlock without permission
• >Use the Service for any illegal purpose

ScriptBlock is a platform for sharing Lua scripts for educational and entertainment purposes. All scripts are user-generated and we do not guarantee their functionality, safety, or legality. Users upload scripts at their own risk. We reserve the right to remove any script at our discretion without prior notice.

Scripts uploaded to ScriptBlock remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. By uploading a script, you grant ScriptBlock a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your script through the Service. You may request removal of your scripts at any time.

ScriptBlock employs both automated and manual moderation. Scripts may be automatically rejected, flagged, or removed based on content analysis. Moderators and administrators may take action on accounts and content that violate these terms. Appeals can be submitted through our contact page.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER, ROBlox ACCOUNT, OR OTHER PROPERTY ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SCRIPTBLOCK, ITS OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScriptBlock and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied on ScriptBlock in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with:

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
